Guests choose who sees it
A rider is only visible to properties the guest shared it with — by giving you their My Rider Number, or by building it through your own pre-arrival link.
We never push riders to you
We do not distribute a guest’s rider to any property they haven’t already shared it with. No lists, no prospecting off guest data.
No selling, no ad targeting
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or ad networks, and never use guest data for targeted advertising. Partners are contractually barred from reselling or redistributing it.
Encrypted, least-privilege access
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication runs on Supabase Auth. Internally we access guest data only to resolve a support request or investigate a security issue.
We collect less than you’d expect
We never collect a birth year. Children are recorded by age band — baby, toddler, kid, teen — never a date of birth.
Preferences are a guide
A rider tells you what a guest would love, not what you’ve promised. Some things won’t be possible and some may cost extra — that’s stated to the guest up front, so you’re never on the hook for everything they list.
